Aventura Catamarans, founded in the early 2000s, specialized in designing and building composite material boats, initially focusing on lightweight sailing catamarans for coastal camping.

Over the years, the range expanded, and the shipyard gained recognition with the revival of the Camping Cat 23 and Diabolo 28 models, renamed Aventura 23 and 28. In 2007, Aventura launched its first entirely in-house designed model, the Aventura 20, followed by the Aventura 33 in 2010 and the Aventura 43 in 2012. In 2015, the shipyard moved to a modern facility in Menzel Bourguiba, Tunisia, to meet growing demand. In 2016, Aventura introduced its first motor-powered model, and in 2017, it renewed its range with two new models.

In collaboration with Lasta Design Studios, the company unveiled two new models in 2019: the Aventura 50 MY and Aventura 37. Today, the lineup includes the Aventura 37, 37 DC, 45, 38 SC, 38 MY, and 54 MY models.
